Walton E. Williamson, Chair

Walton Williamson has been a member of the faculty of the Department of Engineering at Texas Christian University since August 1999.  He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University in 1966, and his M.S. and PhD Degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1967 and 1970.  After receiving his PhD, he taught for 4 years at UT Austin.  He spent the next 25 years at Sandia Labs in an Exploratory Aerospace Development Center.  He worked on high speed flight test programs funded by the Air Force, Navy, Army, NASA, and DARPA.
