GOAL:	To design and manufacture equipment to automate calibration processes in Bell Helicopter's metrology laboratories.  Displacement transducers are used in numerous Bell measurement and control processes.  The equipment manufactured used stepper motors, optical encoders, versatile digital interfaces, and software control to increase the efficiency and accuracy of Bell's processes.
