Bill Diong has been a member of the Department of Engineering at Texas Christian University since the 2004-2005 academic year. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) in 1986, 1988 and 1992, respectively. From 1992 to 1995, Bill worked for Sundstrand Aerospace in Rockford, IL, as an R&D engineer. Thereafter, he was a faculty member at the University of Texas – Pan American and then the University of Texas at El Paso (where he was selected as the Forrest and Henrietta Lewis Professor of Electrical Engineering for 2000 – 2002) before joining TCU.
